Section 1: Pricing & Packages
Q: What counts as "One Home" in your packages?
A: We define "One Home" as 6 Interior Virtual Stages plus 1 Exterior Day-to-Dusk conversion (7 photos total). This covers the essential rooms: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, Master Bedroom, etc., and your Primary Exterior 'Money" Shot.
Q: What if I have more than 6 rooms to stage?
A: No problem. Additional photos beyond the package limit are billed at our discounted member rate ($19 - $29 per photo depending on your plan).
Q: Do my unused homes roll over?
A: Yes, with limits. Standard and Pro members can roll over one unused home credit to the next month and Executive members can roll over up to two. We encourage consistent usage to keep your listings moving!
Section 2: The Process
Q: How fast will I get my photos?
A: Our Standard/Pro turnaround is 24 hours. Enterprise members get priority 12-hour delivery.
Q: What kind of photos do I need to send?
A: Please send high-resolution JPEG or HDR photos. The better the lighting in your original photo, the more realistic the staging will look. We cannot fix blurry or extremely dark photos.
Q: Can you remove existing furniture?
A: Our standard packages are for vacant rooms. We can remove existing furniture (decluttering), but this is a separate service that requires custom quoting. Please email us before ordering if the room is not empty.
Section 3: Revisions & Legal
Q: What if I don't like the style?
A: We offer one round of free revisions per photo to adjust furniture style or layout. Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: Is this MLS compliant?
A: Yes, but you MUST disclose it. We provide all images with a subtle "Virtually Staged" watermark option. If you don't want this watermark then you must check the "Virtually Staged" box in the MLS. We do not alter permanent features (like wall cracks or power lines) to ensure you stay compliant.
